RT Golf was built on a simple idea.

My name is Ryan Thomas, a PGA Professional based in Colorado Springs. My path into golf wasn’t traditional. I hold a Master's degree in Software Engineering and spent years working in tech before making the decision to leave and pursue golf professionally. I didn’t grow up playing the game, I learned it as an adult, from scratch, making every mistake along the way.
That experience shapes how I teach. When you step up to the mat for the first time, I already know what that feels like. I understand the frustration, the confusion, and what it actually takes to go from beginner to a confident golfer. There’s no judgment here, just honest instruction built around where you are right now.
Every session is backed by professional-grade launch monitor data, giving you clear, actionable feedback. Combined with my background in analytical thinking and pattern recognition, my approach is straightforward:
